MY STORY IN A NUTSHELL

I was 5 months post partumn with my first born Jackson and feeling so lost and unsure what I would be doing going forward. My group fitness business gave me such a sense of purpose and there was such a social side to it too. The lifestyle change was something I didn’t expect to affect me as much as it did.

One year prior I had actually started switching to clean products because I was feeling slow and wanted to feel my best when I was pregnant with Jackson.
